Is the requirement for a masquerades just the mask concealing the face? The participants should even be able to go naked as long as they are wearing proper masks... By the way, who dictates the rules for vampire masquerades in the westlands? Rusalka?

I vote for A. As fun as it would be to hunt more slaves herself, Deruela needs to be ready in time for the masquerade, and the market will probably be more reliable.
