We had to answer questions in Spanish class today, I received a question asking if I were an employer, what would I want in an employee. I said they had to be Darth Vader.

This is so...passionate. Just looking at it I feel the passion of SW fans around the world, all of us in love with the story that brought our imaginations to life. This just SCREAMS Star Wars. So awesome with the color, the poses at the bottom, the helmet at the top, the stars in the background...wow. Just wow. This is too much greatness for one artist--it just seems crazy that anyone can be this good. I would so buy this @ a booth. This would make a killa poster, I'll wager.

Simple, I just use a tiny brushand some white acrylic paint to intesify the white blades!

but there is one thing i do not understand:
why is vader holding the blue and luke the red light saber

I did that on perpose. I was trying to capture the idea that while Vader has good still in him, Luke has evil dwelling inside him as well. The difference between good and evil, and the conflict between father and son is what I wanted to convey, so by switching their saber blade colors, it kind of portrays what they are going through by confronting one another, as well as their inner selves.

it kind of is. I guess on that old poster they are fighting but the stance is reversed, and the lightsaber blades are reversed like mmine, though I didnt notice that

drew it actually, with colored pencils. the only part that is paint is some of the stars that were speckled on with white paint.
