A monster for my Prison Toys idea.

There are a lot of monster ideas I had but this one felt different from the others that I wanted to explore it a little more. It would be feared by not just the kids, but also the monsters as well with an unknown goal. I thought a feathery, crow-like design with some military garb/equipment would fit this kind of idea for some reason. I just feel like it fits. I have to think of what purpose it serves.
