took pieces from "Blur" and make a second image to it.. just out of boredom..but I like how it came out.. doing some series with more of a story and moer thought put into them might be fun..faint trees from imageafter.com

eheh, this one and blur are the last ones that still lingers on my devwatch list. Why ? because I love them, really much, and I kind of always belated the moment when I'd comment them. This is again in another style of yours, you can get so many of them... I love it.
The lady, shaped like a tree, black rags flying in the wind, sharp and messy, like a spirit of the forest.
The messy crow flying away to the light, its feathers swirling, making it both grungy and beautiful
The towering, mysterious moon, luminous
and the link between them, the light that she protect into her hands but fly away to fly with the bird, like a hope a glimpse of light.
The blue blur of the trees around, like a foggy magical forest, the blue mixing so well with the reds and oranges.

This picture inspires me, and inspired me so much I did a painting inspired by it. I hope you won't see that as a copy, as both techniques and results are different, as for many elements. It's more a reinterpretation, or well, maybe fan art, who knows? --> [link]

I reallly love treees and i really love that tree man. And the bird. It feels very prophetic for me. Its amazing how there is so much depth but not everything is perfected like many people feel they need to do with photoshop.
I am very impressed, this is so different from anything else youve done lately, very refreshing.

The colors in the background are just what I'd like to be able to do, dark and antic, and bright and translucid. The glimpses of red in the sky just make me shivers. It's beautiful. As for the aspect of wet but still scratched texture. It make it ireeal, far away like a blurred dream but with bits of sudden clearness, cleanness, like a sharp idea that strikes you. I love the trait that revels the yellow. It gives life and light to the entire piece.
The rendering of light is great too. I almost blink while looking at the moon, because it seems whiter than the actual white. I wish I knew how to do that (I wish I knew make pieces like that at all anyway.. If you have some advices, even quick, I'm all ears.... )
I like the soft shade of blue in the back..; it makes it all eerie, like fog.
And the two igures, that comletes each other, the woman and the crow....Wonderful. Woman like a tree and yet so aerial in her low part. The crow really seems to be moving, and I like the aspect of its feathers... And teh two lights connetcing .. I really like this concept too.
When I look at this pic it really makes me dream. I have so many dreams or daydreams like this, this kind of dark but full of light peace but movement, mystery but yet obviousness, but I never get to picture them clearly.
