My boyfriend had been wanting me to draw him a corpse carousel for the longest time.. i finally drew it.. unfortunately he doesn't like the background as he was assuming it would be a carnival backgrounf..which makes sense.. I had just been working on the damned thing literally all day into the next day and stopped at 2 am.. so the background hadn't gotten much thought put into it.. I actually like it, but whuteva.. I guess I'll go back to it some day..I don't even think I like the damned carousel anymore.. I had attempted to draw this 4 times and each other time it had completely lost my interest cause it sucked.. i started off trying to do a more realistic and detailed carousel, but it was driving me insane.. so i did a more simplified one..which looks cheesy..I don't want to look at this thing!

Actually, it would have made a great deal of sense if the corpses had been horse corpses, perhaps ridden by the human corpses. Still neat, though.

I think the graveyard backyard you did is much better than a carnival background would've been (it's overkill). Lovely work, definitely worth a thousand words.

This is a wonderful piece...filled with an exquisite atmosphere just as it is. I believe you are being too harsh on yourself with this one...considering the subject matter, it does well to represent itself.
I also must note, it is wonderful you drew this for someone else...for him to critique it in such a way as he did is borderline insensitive.
Leave it as it is...the entity has taken the shape it wishes to be.

oh my word...how do you do all these pics??? do you do them onthe comp??? what program do you use??? im awed by ur work... i asked someone how they did their work and they said they use some brushes from you but i have no clue what that means..... help me please! im trying to broaden my style....
