Edit: I made side and back sprites. Now you can see him in his whole glory.I made an overworld sprite of my Hydragon. I liked it so much so I decided to upload it.
He's some kind of pokenstein as I made him from sprites of Cubone, Sceptile, Sunkern, Lumineon, Yanmega and Venusaur.
Cubone and Sceptile for the heads, Sunkern for legs, Lumineon for the wings, Yanmega for the tails and Venusaur for the body.
DO NOT USE WITHOUT PERMISSION!
