Shiori is a sweet child who thinks the world of her mother. She loves her father as well, and when she was smaller she would always ask for stories of the "flower of Konoha" TenTen. It was after hearing these stories that she decided to style her hair in a similar fashion, after her hero.
She is creative and generally friendly with everyone she comes across. She will try and help anyone who needs it, which means she can often be seen getting cats or weeding or even grocery shopping for the elderly people around Konoha. She also insists not getting paid for these deeds.
When her hero turned out not to be dead Shiori was thrilled. She automatically took a liking to TenTen, asking her for advice on how to get more accurate with her senbon so her poisons would be more effective. She adores Hikake, treating him like a little brother, the positive and down sides included.
There you go! I'm actually really fond of her design. Not bad for coming up with it in the middle of an arena football game

lol I'm sure her personality is just...."Pretty" xD! She does have a bit of a temper, but not as bad as her mom's or her dad's. She is, however, loud and confident like those two. And animated.

lol I imagine that she agrees with some of it, like Springtime is a good thing, and people should be happy and young, but I doubt she shows it with as much fervor as her father

I like her attitude of being so helpfyl. It's so cute and shows many good traits. although once she becomes genin those tasks will become D-Rank missions. I can see other genin being angry at her for doing such things for free and thus stealing their money earning opportunities (or some elderly people starting to rely on her too much, which may be problematic).
And tying that butterfly ribbon (obi belt?) has to be pretty problematic and probably require someone else's help.

Awwww she's so cute! I absolutely love her design, both in her hair style and her sash! It works really well together, and I also love the colors. That must have been awesome when she found out Tenten wasn't dead! Well awesome for all of them, but you know what I mean. A very cute design! I like her alot and I love the fact that she collects porcelain dolls. It's very cute and helps show that while she's very strong she has a feminine side as well.

Her outfit is adorable. I just wanna hug her. I like how her hair is like Tenten's but it's not exactly like Tenten's. I really do like her. I like all your characters! It is addicting to make them! My problem seems to be the exact opposite though. I make more OC's for the older generations.
