I have made two pairs of mechanical bat wings...the second time around, I had an entire scene shop at my disposal - didn't take half as long as the first.

Is this device to move independently from your arm?
Last Halloween I built your steampunk hand, but I had to take it apart, modify the design, and rebuild it. Even then the weight of the device was too much for the hardware and it tore all to pieces (working on another redesign now). I was working at a haunted house, and this year I want to take my costume to the next level, so if I can add wings in addition to a better hand-set, that'd be fantastic.
