Not very soft, but you can feel your strength of grip fairly well. I've definitely drank a can of pop from this though

This, my friend, is brilliant. As a matter of fact, about a year ago, I made myself one of these.... out of pipe cleaners and straws XD. I used rubber bands for springs, and it wasn't attatched to a glove. It was still a lot of fun to make. Excellent job, I'll look forward to a point when I have the materials to make something like this.
