I really like your choice of hat, top and shoes. The layered look on the shoes is particularly interesting, while continuing the style you started from her top.
The skirt is a little different in my opinion. There is nothing WRONG with it, it just doesn't pop like the other parts of the outfit. I do like the way you decided to include the color scheme. Very cool.

Nice use of the GA colour scheme. I can't decide what team to be on, the team insignia/colour scheme rule is really tripping me up. Nothing goes with my character >.<

Well it doesn't have to stick with GA's red/grey. Their logo is here: [link] and it's a PSD file. In the PSD file are two versions - the gradient with the red in it, and a solid black one. You can just use the solid color.
I was considering entering through threedy too. Their logos are just that triangle and cube at the top of the screen and they said you could change the colors of them too, as long as you stuck to the correct shape.

the colors work well for me. makes you wonder what the character could be according to the colors and there meaning...you do consider that right?
