Moveset:
Leech Seed (Lvl 16) A seed is planted on the target. It steals some HP from the target every turn.
Magical Leaf (Lvl 19) The user scatters curious leaves that chase the target. This attack will not miss.
Giga Drain (Lvl 25) A nutrient-draining attack. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by the target.
Poison Jab (TM 84) The target is stabbed with an arm steeped in poison. It may also poison the target.

Personality:
rebellious, cold, blunt, guarded, grumpy, combative, antagonistic, persevers, forgiving, honest, hard-working, modest, practical, punctual, realistic, self-directed, selfish, hasty, direct, unnatached.
She may pass as blunt and uncooperative at first but this is because she is terrible on the people skills department.
She believes she is fine with not that many friends and will usually antagonize people to see if it's even worth to get to know them.
When she is embarrased she gets angry, when she is scared she gets mad, when prised she will talk back but deep inside she knows better than making enemies everywhere. Her combative nature still lands her in complicated situations but she would rather fight for what she believes in than be pushed back.

History:
The only daughter to a Roselia and Venonat who struggled to have kids and were finally blessed in late years, Ramona grew as a pampered child whose parents were the greatest. Truth to be told, her parents had run away from their homes to be together and left in pretty bad terms with their respective families. She didn't understand why other kids had uncles, siblings and grandparents when she only had her parents, but was only bothered by it when she witnessed discussions and screaming once she found out she did have family beyond them.
The girl didn't know why so much hate towards her loving parents and it slowly got to her. Other kids laughed and called her names whenever she cried at school and also didn't get why they did that when she was asking for their help to make things better.
One day, hiding inside but looking through a window, she witnessed her father getting beat up by an uncle. She was pulled by her mother and was suddenly discussed by how she wasn't "going out to help".
As she kept growing, unheard crying turned into anger. Punching a kid and giving him a bloody nose felt oddly satisfying. It didnt help that the kid stopped pestering her so whenever she was the target of teasing she would resort to her anger and violence.
Her parents tried to understand her and show their love, but how could anyone just stand and watch as they suffered? She wanted their parents to push back and, frustrated, only managed to push their daughter further astray.
Ramona was specially troublesome on her teen years and adjusted her looks to be more intimidating as she didnt want to do much with others.
Present day, her parents managed to secure the money for PokeInstitute and joined out of love for them. If people started pissing her off though... faces would be punched.

Aditional Information:
-loves sweets. Is rarely seen without a lollipop in mouth. This treat was taken from her dad who is a bug type with the same sweet tooth.
-Doesn't know how to act other than as a tough girl.
-Her tattoos turn purple whenever she is using Poison Jab.
-She hates the Uniform.
-Will never admit to liking someone.
