-Ogun, God of Iron-
The Yoruba Orisha of iron, and patron god of everything related to it, including warriors, metalworkers and even machinists. Ogun represents the development of human technology and the use of tools to transform nature. According to some stories, he had an active role in the creation of the world, helping shape the mountains and the minerals within. With his sword Adagá, he cleared the way for humans to populate the land, helping birth civilization. In Brazilian Candomblé traditions, Ogun’s warrior aspect is emphasized, with his devotees said to manifest strong personality traits due to his influence. He’s syncretised with Saint George, and associated with dogs and the colors blue, green and red.

The red is still used, but it's rarer, it was just a personal preference to make him look more intense.

His appearance is modeled around his depictions in Candomblé, but while he's usually dressed with some sort of tunic or cape, I wanted to avoid giving him any type of textiles to wear and dress him in as much iron as I possibly could, without compromising his movement or just make him into an armored knight. The spheres follow the same logic, as he's so tied to iron, he has chunks of it fused to his own body.

The swords are actually shaped like the Dracaena trifasciata, also known as "Saint George's sword", heavily associated with Ogun himself due to syncretism. The red parts of his armor are supposed to follow the same motif, but ended up looking more like feathers...
