This looks ace, I would say what I'd like about it indepth if I was better ad doing something like this, but unfortunatley I utterly and completely suck so I am in no situation of criticizing beyond saying that I really do like this image.

Its not hard, what i did was start with a fairly dark desaturated color, deopending on what feel u wanna go for change the color, (i.e. a desaturated bluish gray base for cold steel, in this instace i used a fairly dark really desaturated yellow.) THEN i used a fairly saturated light blue to add initial highlights, then i added a really bright desaturated yellow to add brighter highlights, then i used a saturated yellow on certain spots to build highlighs
