Well, for a G1-inspired Autobot, this is quite a detailed design. I like how her robot-mode feet help bulk up her forelegs in beast mode, and the "Samus Aran vibe" works well with her famous hind legs acting as huge shoulders. I'm guessing both of her arms can switch between hand and piston modes - otherwise, that gal's gonna have some issues holding things even in robot form.
Actually, I have one question: how on Cyber-Equestria does Autojack's hat go from her beast mode head to her robot mode head and back?

Well, I suppose it's inevitable - the pony tail makes a great head of hair in robot mode, but that means certain...ahem...questionableΒ design choices must be made. Ah well - I doubt anyone's dumb/suicidal enough to bring it up in her earshot.
...Is it wrong that my first thought was that Applejack just flicks her hat into the air when she transforms and lets it drop onto her new head? And shooting it out of the sky mid-transformation is a good way to get your aft kicked even harder than she would kick it normally?

Flipping it up in the air is exactly how I pictured her doing that. Also being G1 her beast mode isn't organic so the butt head isn't as bad.

AJ's robot mode really does look a bit like Samus's Varia Suit, Though her weapon, instead of a cannon, reminds me of what Rumble used in G1, seismic generators, I'll call them. Nice, I pity the fool that makes her angry.

It really works since she's more of a physical brawler in all her incarnations where she fights, and it works even better than a gun would have since, she's AJ, not Samus Aran. They's just orange and awesome.
