I won't put allot of information because of the comic TTKS but I'll put the basics that you need to know.
Basic Information:
Name: Otho/Otho the face stealer
Age: Very old
-Eats the faces he takes from others
-Uses dull weapons to take faces off to cause his victim more pain.
-Doesn't call his underlings 'proxies' but calls them 'Elites'
-"Rumors speculate that he took The Slenderman's face"
-Takes the form of the faces he takes from victims but can't keep the form for long.
-Native speech is Dutch but knows many languages, he gains his victim's languages and memories by eating their faces.
-Temporarily takes the abilities of the proxies he takes the faces from.

He looked so incredible, amazing, fantastic. I love his human form, it really suits him. ( Would that mean Masky is dead since he took form of Masky when he was pending to be Masky to trick Ticci Toby ? ) he’s the best OC but Delirium is still my favourite OC from you, Otho is pretty close.
