Peter was jumping on toby (while Peter was naked, don't ask)
Then he was digging into his stomach with his teeth, his hands slightly helped, THEN as he made it to open his belly, he took out several organs out with his mouth and ate them (well some)
Then he broke some ribs from down, grabbed his backbone and hit a screwdriver against it, half done, he just finished the rest while biting.
Then as fun, he danced around with Toby's downside (y'know, legs and stuff)
And later picked up Toby's up part (y'know, the torso with head and stuff) and threw it in boiling water.
He did anything like a human could. XD

That's brutal. Peter should be lucky that it was not the Slenderman he was facing, otherwise who knows what would happen. He probably would've killed Peter in revenge for what happened or worse. Resurrect Toby by having him come back to life as a mutated zombiefied human slender being hybrid. If Clockwork found out what happened to Toby, she probably would try to find and kill Peter for what he did.

You forget that there is no solid canon for the proxies, there is only headcanons. The number one rule is that there is no solid canon for Slender, even Victor Surge himself said so. I'm not sure if you have seen it, but in Mr. Betty Krueger's video 'Needles and Smiles, a Jeff the killer and Ticci Toby story', when Dr. Christopher Ferguson was about to kill Jeff and Toby, he ends up getting killed by Slenderman, which implies he does care for some of his proxies. Answer me this, if Slenderman didn't care for his proxies, why did he save Toby's life? If he didn't care, he would've left Toby to die. There are headcanons where Slendy does care for his proxies, but it depends on their usefulness. The only reason Hoodie died is because he was too weak.
I doubt Peter would win. Here's how would I see it. I could see them rushing at one of another with Peter trying to use his screwdriver to try and take out Natalie's other eye while she dodges left and right to throw him off guard and using her fast reflexes to throw him off balance and Peter trying to get on top of her to impale her eye but she cripples him by kicking him in the balls and slashing a few marks on him before she knocks him down to the ground skewers him alive. So even if Peter did put up a good fight, he would still lose no matter what. If you haven't seen what Natalie is capable of, Peter would be dead in a few seconds flat.

Toby is NOT a real proxy.
There are just three real proxies. They are Masky, Hoodie and Kate the chaser. Because they are from Slenderverse/ Marble Hornets.
But Toby not. He's just an OC from kastoway.
While Peter existed in real life and he had no problem with cutting a persons head off, clockwork never existed. Natalie is just a overpowered Jeff the Killer copy. A little 16 years old teenage girl would never be able to kill security guards with no problems like in her story. And pulling your eye out to replaces it with a clock will never happen. She would be dead in seconds because of
bacteria and infection. And she never had a reason for doing that. Just because her boyfriend broke up with her and she had problems with time?
Wow. There are sooooo many people with time problems or with realationship endings and are they replacing their eyes with an fucking clock? No.
Natalies story is deleted because of these unrealistic reasons. The same to Toby and Jeff.
Peter would simply pack her hair and tear off her head from her body in seconds.

Clockwork had drugs put into her body and that is why she is able to kill all those security guards easily. Her descent into madness is somewhat understandable because she had a crappy home life, got molested by her brother, and had her boyfriend break up with her. This makes a bit more sense than Jeff's descent into insanity, which was basically a weird feeling and dumbassery coming together. I can understand Jeff's story being deleted, but I think the reason why Toby's story got deleted was because of the mentioning of Slenderman in it.
Natalie could still cripple him by kicking him in the balls, because they are the ultimate weak spot. Peter would have to go through hundreds to do so. I could imagine him taking out a few, but then he would be overpowered soon and then he would lose.
I think what your problem here is that you don't want Peter to lose and that the only way to make him win is by making him stronger, which means you're running the risk of turning him into a gary stu as well.
I know that. I read the descriptions. Creepypastas don't have to be realistic you know. They aren't always meant to be. You should try to have a healthy suspense of disbelief for once. They're just horror stories. They're not real. They aren't suppose to be realistic. I mean, look what happened with the slender stabbing incident. and me are taking a look on the creepypastas a bit more realistic. A story like clockworks what never will be possible in real life is not creepy. A creepypasta should make you feel afraid and unwell. But how can you feel that if you know that this will never be possible?
You just don't want to admit that clockwork is a horrible and bad written character from what I've seen.
There are sooo many better characters out there. Which making sense and which are creepy. On these characters you can see hard work and how their creators put much time into their characters. But on Natalie you can see nothing. Just searching for a problem (realationship ending), making it more bad (her father and her brother), making her super strong and gave her a good name.
There's no work, no effort, there's nothing.

But at the end he doesn't care anymore because Kastoway and Luciiid deleted their characters and they don't want to talk about them any longer.

That's gotta be a lie. I don't believe you. From what I remember, both of them were made somewhere around in the middle of 2012, nearly around the same time. The ship was likely something they decided together. I can understand if Kastoway didn't want to make Toby look like a manwhore for being paired with alot of terrible OCs, because that's something Jeff has fallen victim to. From what I've heard, Kastoway had said he never expected Toby to get popular so quickly considering he made him at the age of 13. I'm pretty sure Toby's story is still up though. I just rather hear it from the actual creators themselves is all. That's how I roll.

What about Tribetwelve? It also has proxies as well. Marble Hornets is a different canon. There are many different depictions of the Slenderman thoughout the mythos, so one version will differ from the next. That's why. We don't know what happened to Hoodie's body afterwards, so it's a possibility that Slendy must've taken it away for bigger plans.
Let me ask you something. What makes a mary sue? Is Clockwork sexualized beyond belief? Is Clockwork paired with every single male character out there? Can Clockwork fight interdimensional monsters like Slenderman or the Rake? And finally, can Clockwork fight Zalgo? The reason Clockwork is stronger is because of the drugs she had in her body, and maybe she could've gotten faster reflexes overtime cause she would've been on the run for such a long time that she's probably in her 20's by now. Even so, Peter's still going to lose.
