Kind of a drawing challenge from Friday that I finally got time to do and also a little something for this jam which I had intended to enter like a billion years agoPrincess Jasmine (or is she a copy?) as a clockwork construct

i can imagine several ways that are consistent in show
1.as Mauser 712 mentioned,Mechaniclese(Greatest of the Great Greek Geniuses!) built a mechanical Jasmine for his own pourpuses
2.Mechaniclese built it,but as the Sultan's commission.perhaps the Sultain,who collects mechanical toys,wanted a life size mechanical toy of his daughter
3.it has been shown that the Sultain has mechanical and watchmaking skills.perhaps he built it himself!
4.one of jasmine's magical enemies(Mosenrath,Mirage,or a returned Jafar,for instance)wanted to get his/her/it's/their revenge on her,or Alladin
5.perhaps it was more benign.Genie and Jasmine were away from any town,she got hurt or injured,and Genie turned her mecanical to save her life until they got her somewhwere she could be healed
6.that might not be all machine.the Sultan,finally accepting that his daughter goes on adventures and fights evil,builds her a suit of mechasnical armor-Iron Man,meet Bronze Woman!
7.so far,that's somewhat series cannon.but what of "real world'? Tokyo Disney is trying an experimental robotic face character.they decided to try Princess Jasmine. they took a HRP-4C (AKA Miim)prototype,and redid it's outside. unfortunately it more scared than amused.some,even robot crazed japanese children ran away screaming.so,not a success.the Disney Imagineers thing a full skinning might help
