Temporarily moved to scraps so I can figure out what I want to do with this one...

First a riddle! "What has fur, feathers and is cute all over?"

Okay, not so much a riddle, but you go it anyway I'm sure...

Who is she? The Sphinx!

Where is she from? Jason and the Heroes of Mount Olympus!

The story? Okay, so picture about 5 years ago or so, I was stuck at home sick and all there was to watch was *ugh* daytime TV. Anyway, I flipped past this crazy cartoon which I at first thought was some Tiny Toons spinoff, but no it was some weird low budget cartoon about Greek myths, except I think all the gods were Warner Bros-esque animals (well, low-rent Warner Bros at least). Anyway I paused on this oddity for a moment as it was basically the beginning of the show and almost right away; Sphinx all in my face.

Well, I liked her right away, whoever designed her or at least whoever drew the keyframes gave her some great extreme poses and expressions. She didn't just sit flatly on the screen like the rest of the main characters, she got around seemed fun.

I don't really remember much of the plot (it's been 5 years), but basically Jason (?) is gonna have a picnic with his furry, godlike friends (Hermes and Venus *I think*), for some reason he has to go visit the Sphinx to avoid some bad juju from the villain (guess, c'mon I dare you guess who the villain was on a budget cartoon about Greek gods), anyway she was all PMSing because a dragon man had stood her up on a date, and just as she's about to eat the l'il heroes they do something that makes her laugh. She spares them because she hasn't laughed in ages and they agree to help find her lizard love and get 'em all back on together. The rest of the plot you can connect the dots with here (again, very basic stuff).

I really had to dig for this one, I will be shocked if anyone else can find references of this particular character but she really stuck in my mind after 5 years (I dunno, maybe it was the DayQuil?) so it was time to make some fan arts of her.
