Roger Ramjet is probably one of my favourite cartoons from the 60s, I recall seeing it first in the 80s when I was little and my mom remarking that she used to watch it when it first came out.
I gave him Powdered Toast Man's "Leave everything to me" stance
(Oddly enough, Roger and Powdered Toast Man share the same voice actor, the incredible Gary Owens).

Gary Owens is one of those fantastic cartoon voices who could match any of the popular Japanese voices like Hirano Fumi who did Lum and Furukawa Toshio who did Ataru Moroboshi from Urusei Yatsura.

I've heard of him but never watched him. I was born in '76 so he's a little ahead of my time.

It's a riot and very naive. He's a hero that uses "pep" pills to get him all supered up.
