This was actually a fairly quick one, kind of trying to get consistancy by repeated practice, unfortunately I dont have much patience

I also tried to cell shade EVERYTHING, the lips turned out ok(though I think ill go back to smooth shading), and I didnt like the pupils so ended up smoothing the hell out of it.
I kept everything fairly simple to keep it quick, didnt bother with in-between shadows, and extra highlights, overall though I like how it turned out.

The background of course, is also simple, I went for a kind of "uh oh" feel, let me know how that turned out
The idea is combining selections with the gradient tool for shading, rather then flat shading, something I picked up from a book I have been reading, though I didnt think of it until I did the background, thats why its not used in the rest of the pic, I might try it for my next cell shaded piece.
