Just a quick study of drawing and shading eyes, the eye is ment to be dark, though I should have made the skin darker aswell, now there is too much contrast between the two.

Anyway, since my Sorceress piece, I have been trying to figure out what makes it look...off, even though I have gone over it, checked proportions etc, the only thing I could find actually wrong was the face, the lips should have been bigger and the eyes lack style, also, they arent in perspective with eachother giving it an odd look.
So I began looking in depth at how other artists draw eyes, while watching anime, looking at other art etc, so after all that I sketched out this, and today I scanned it in, Inked and painted it in SAI.

And yes I know the lineart doesnt really match the shading, but this was a study afterall
