Alright, so I legitimately want to help you with this one.
A major glaring issue is the tone palette. The faces are very bright with only bright features all over them, resulting in not being able to see what was on the faces without sitting at the side of the monitor.
Another issue is proportion. Alucard's body looks extremely awkward with his tiny little legs sticking out at the bottom.
Integra's anatomy looks a little screwy as well, as if it were exaggerated, but in an uncontrolled manner.
Might I suggest drawing some practice armatures from poses? If you can't find any, you can check [link] for many to get started.

At least she has her own style, and she doesn't need to bash others to make herself feel better, or switch to every other art styles every other submission, makes you look like a tracer, who gives women some bad looking man bulges. I like it! Not too fond of clothing style, but I like it anyway. Because I can recognize them. >D Their expressions are SO ic, that cocky possessiveness they show in the v10 cover. One minooor picking: make Integra's skin a tad tanned next time (but let's be honest: Hirano forgets sometimes).
