Just an sketch I made today a while before it was dinner time, because I watched aladdin last saturday
Afer soooo much time of not watching it! 
And I just realized that I have never made any artwork of him and he's (and the movie too XD) one of my all-time favorite characters! I hope I can make a painting with this sketch

I adore the way you drew his beard ^_ ^ it seems much more full, I am not even sure I realized the genie had a beard until I saw your drawing XD it always just seemed to blend in to much with him.

yeah in the original desing the beard blend much, but I wanted to do a bit more realistic version of him while conservating the cartoon-ish scence so to speak.

than it was smart of you to preserve the vapor-tail . . . which odly I feel like they didnt use enough XD
Oh also, do not think I didnt notice that this is a free gnie ^ _ ^ you didnt include his manacles
they showed those were his manacles, like hadn cuffs at the end of the first movie . . . so why did he wear them in the others movies and show AAAAAAHHHHHHHH XD THAT MADE ME SO MAD

You're right! I was confused when they made the manacles return on the cartoon series and the other movies, as it's supposed they were signs of his slavery at the first movie, it was so weird to see them again!

which, I got super confused actually about the genie earlier today... because I read who is going to play the genie in the new Aladdin film that is live action.

AWESOME WORK ^_ ^ although I must say that this technically not the first genie you have drawn, but technically it is the first drawing of the genie named genie XD so I guess it is your first genie drawing?
and I have to say I think your genie looks more humanized in a form, which O always thought the genie needed to be slightly more human.
