Hiya there folks, hope you're ok
I'm recovering from 2 days of not good eating Yestersday I bought chinese food from this chinese restaurant, cos some time ago my dad bought chinese food on Chiapas, and it was really good. But it happened that my dad and brother didn't liked it and neither me, my dad said that it was quite "greasy" and I thought the chicken had no taste. And today we went to eat to a dinner restaurant that was new too, but the grilled meat we ate was quite raw, so yeah from now on I'll cook. No more trying to take dinner out there for me!

I am also resting a bit from the past days when I've been looking for a french comic to read *chuckles* I was looking for a french comic cos I would like very much to learn new french lingo, of course. But it's funny, all the french comics I found, all them had random sex or random related stuff in them, or over sexualized characters O_O However, it was an overload of erotic/sensual/sexuality related stuff. It felt like a bunch of bricks raining and hitting me in the head!! I really don't like random sex or "sexy" related stuff, because I feel that makes people treat this part of human nature as something trivial and shallow, worthless. So, when people do this (add random stuff with no purpose) the works usually degrade this part of human nature and turn it into something tedious, uncomfortable and vulgar. And this part of human nature isn't any of those things, so that's why I feel bad when people do so

So that's why I stopped looking for a french comic to read, because I was being overwhelmed with random stuff like that. and not to mention that every time I browse dA I see quite rude porn works sometimes, so I'll not go to the "browse" page of dA for a while, just directly to my messages, to rest of seeing porn or erotic works that aren't very good. Don't get me wrong thought, I do support erotic artwork, but just I feel quite exhausted of that kind of art lately cos it's on everywhere, that makes me feel rather exasperated! People abuse of sexy works and thus their works become shallow and vain in nature. That's what I don't like the abuse of this part of human nature.

And no I wasn't looking for erotic comics or anything (I don't even like those cos people don't know to write good comics) I jut looked up kids comics, but in french comics, I've realized it's usual that even the comics that are supposed to be for kids have random sex related stuff o_o Oh but don't worry, I think I found a more or less good comic, it's the comic of Lou by Julien Neil. This one has the less of this random stuff of the works I've seen, only a few random shoots of Lou's mom naked So, that's the one I choose, but the bad news it's that I cannot find it on anywhere here

That's why I did this drawing in part, to rest of that that stuff *chuckles*

Well, this drawing, I did it some time ago, because I was in a bit of a sad mood...all that stuff that I mentioned was overwhelming me, but also I was sad because, I missed not to have that special person in my heart near to me, so I wondered, "what you can do when you feel like you can't show your love enough to the person who you love?" The reasons can be various, it can be that person you love and you are apart for being in different places, but also in the case of this character for example, it can be because you feel that if you tell your love to a person who is great friend of yours, that would make things differently, and "spoil" the friendship. So that was my inspiration for this drawing, that he was thinking on the girl he loved while....well that's up to your interpretation I think ^_^ I always like that people interpret the art as they would prefer instead of me telling you, I think it's more interesting that way For example, one friend of mine said that he was taking a moment for himself, probably to relieve the amazing energy that he's got thinking on her Other friend of mine said that he was singing a song. So, you can tell me what you imagine too

Curious facts about the drawing:

--- In the original idea it was going to be with the open shirt, but I couldn't draw the chest, also the hands and the rest of the body were rather weird so I decided to erase to paint only the upper part of the body and the shit buttoned.

---- This is the first time I draw Faikel with these little appendages on his head. They have no name yet so, you can call them "antennas" *chuckles* Even if they are not actually antennae but are more like a vestige of how the ancestors of this species used to communicate; before they they developed language and writting, their ancestors used to communicate with bioluminiscence So all the had to say they said it with these things, also these were a very important part for the courtship and the following union. The things they can say with these can get very complex sometimes, specially when they have mixed feelings, so, it's like the trafic signals, but a lot more complex than that I hope one day to make a chart of what the colors mean ( they can mean different things depending of the color and the part of where the colors are) I started to do one long time ago but I lost it in the moving, and the fact that I will have to do all again since the beginning makes me feel lazy! But if I get the right inspiration again I will

This drawing means a lot for me because, I've always been fond with this idea of bioluminiscence communication ^^ And my idea of these little "antennas" it's refreshing and unique, nobody have done this before, so this drawing means a lot for me!

Also, its the second drawing I do with the technique of painting on a dark background, and I think I'm loving this technique a lot, cos it's easier than in white backgrounds, and it's so much fun to work with it!

Here in the drawing, he's thinking that he loves her so much...and..well, that's why the tittle ^^

Well, also because I love french tittles *CHUCKLES* French folks or folks who know French, if the phrase it's not right, please I would like a correction I've heard that this expressions means "I want you" but a few people say that it means ..."I'm jelaous of you"?? then that confused me a bit
