Description Lake Diablo in north-central Washington. This color results from suspended particles of rock "flour"--bits of rock which have been ground by glaciers and deposited into the lake.

WOW it almost looks frozen in the middle of summer even if it is in the mountin ranges but thats such a striking colour for the water to be amazing nature throws me somthing else to be awe inspired by great shot

Well it's safe to swim there, but the water is quite cold, given it's in the mountain ranges!
