Description Just a random fun project. I was modelling an outdoor(ish) scene and when I saw the neat little ninja model and decided to drop it in. Had to replace/fix the the face area, but otherwise the girl ain't mine, everything else was worked on until my attention span broke/IRL called and I left it as it was, didn't really bother going back to any of that stuff later though, just started somewhere else.

same tools as always: blender 2.63, cycles, and noodles post.

Edit: I re-renderd with a lot more samples, and made a few little tweaks to the post-processing composting nodes.

haha thanks, because that was definitely not something I expected to be complemented for. Besides the fact that it's only 100 samples in this render, it is in fact a simple sun lamp + basic environment sky set up. So not a hard setup at all, and I think it needs work in order to bring out the focus of the ninja girl, who is still just a silhouette even after I lightened up the given material a bit. I had several more ideas, but that was one of the things I got distracted from before I tried any of them. (well, I did remove that one curtain, but that's hardly "work" to do and it mostly failed in actually lighting her up more.)
