The world's greatest two-tailed fox, Tails, has arrived! This was originally going to be like my other practice sketches for the Sonic comic, but I put a bit more effort into this group of pictures. Probably because Tails is one of my most favorite Sonic characters. He's tied with Eggman for number one.You know, Tails looks like a regular grease-monkey in that bottom picture.
If anyone can guess what old-school badnik Tails is beating up on, you get a cookie.

Cool pictures. The bottom picture is perhaps my fave. Guess it is the massive amount of detail in it.

I know. I said that because lately he hasn't been doing that too much in the Sonic games. I really miss seeing the Tornado in action. Maybe that's why I love Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2 so much.

IMO Sega should give Tails his own game, one more time. (He had Tails' Adventure on the Game Gear, but the GG flopped. I hear the game itself was pretty good though. More adventure than platforming.)
It could count as a spinoff, like Shadow the Hedgehog. Of course, Tails won't be cruising around the streets on a motorbike and shooting shit. (That sounds like GTA 4kids)
Another idea would be Sonic Adventure 3. I've heard that SA1 was a bit dodgy and SA2 was great. So it seems if they made SA3 (and of course put effort to it and not let the name do the sells) it would be awesome.

Me and my friend, DragonQuestHero, have spoken quite a lot about this very subject. The world is in need of another Tails or Knuckles game. Sega really hasn't given them much of a chance lately. Tails' Adventure wasn't that bad, it just wasn't that much like the source material of the Sonic games. It was a little slow and I kinda prefer to run around like a maniac blowing up robots than doing other things. Now if he could have a game where there was a lot of dog-fighting and you could customize the Tornado, that would be sweet.
Ha ha. The world doesn't need another Shadow spinoff if that's how he acts.
From what I heard, Sonic Heroes, Shadow, and Sonic '06 were all supposed to go under the name Sonic Adventure 3. Luckily they didn't do that. Which makes me think of a Sonic game that me and my friend thought of. It would use the title of that cancelled Sonic for the Sega Saturn, Sonic Extreme.

Heh, DQH also had an idea of an RPG esque Tails game.
Though that is an interesting idea, I think that even though the other characters DO deserve a chance, a game about just one of them is just too fandomnism. They all should be included and have important roles in one way or another, and not just have as much to do with the game as Princess Peach in the Mario games. (Meaning they are only a plot device with only 1 use)

Hmm...I agree with that idea. Maybe Sonic should get captured, and then it's up to all of the others to save him and the world. That or you could actually choose to be anyone you want to be once again, just like in Sonic Adventure.
Hopefully if that were to happen, Amy wouldn't just be a one trick pony where she gets mad and pulls out her hammer. I apologize if you're an Amy fan, 'cuz that was kinda mean.

Well I don't get offended easily over fictional characters. Though I do like to correct facts.
Anyways, I really don't know much about Amy cept that she does have an anger management problem and solves most things with the Piko Piko Hammer. (Where does she keep that thing anyways?)
Yes, I know she is also obsessed of Sonic.
And I was thinking of something that you would start playing as one character, and different parts of the story you play another. And to add to the expirience of the characters being a team, sometimes you IE control Sonic but one or two other characters follow you. No, not Sonic Heroes style where you constantly switch between them. More like Kingdom Hearts style that the AI controls them and they keep up. The other characters would come to play during fights or other events. IE Tails could hack computers and reach out of reach places by flying.
I have lots of ideas.

That sounds like a good idea to me. Even just having the other characters around more often and doing stuff would be nice. And maybe Sega should do a poll asking people if they want to see more of the other characters do stuff in the Sonic games, you know, besides the hedgehogs of course.

That will never happen unless we bombard them with requests of Fan Service. (Thats pretty much how Sonic got into Brawl.)
But then again, I bet they are bombarded as I type, so that plan is a failure.
Well, lets just wait and see what Sega cooks up after Sonic Unleashed.

That's pretty much what happened. Though I do think that Sakurai actually wanted him in.
Yeah, hopefully if Sonic Unleashed is enough of a success, then they'll bring the others back in. They don't want to make another Sonic '06, that's for sure.

But yeah, Sonic Heroes was drastically better than '06 in my opinion. Aside from that stupid flying totem pole formation, it was completely playable. '06 was just... *shivers*....I don't even want to think about it. Though part of my comic is loosely based on '06...

Sonic '06: 4/10
Just an estimate, trying to avoid the fanboy and hater ones. (Some people say Sonic Hereos is "excellent." Most people say it is "okay to play, but not very good." And theres the haters who describe it in ways I cannot write here.)

Yeah. It pretty much boils down to personal opinion and whether or not you can stand glitches. I guess trying them out yourself is the only way to determine whether if you like the game or not.

Sadly I hae no idea what Tails is beating up. I'm more of a Nitnendo fan, XP don't know to much about Sonic world...though I'm trying. Still always nice to see Tails kicking butt!

Yeah I know what game it is from. I just don't know the name. I got the Wii Verison so I can't look at the Book that game with the Sega verison. XP
I've Always liked Sega, but Sonic is the main fact I like it. I don't now much other stuff from Sega besides NiGHTS and Phantasy Star. While Nintendo has Mario, Zelda, Fire Emblem, Brawl, Pokemon, Star Fox. XP and more to that.

Now that you mention all of that, Sega really needs to come up with some new properties. I love Sonic games and all, but they really need to come up with something new.
