She is SOLD.

Well, Derpy has a mane and tail now! She is now a whole pony and I've begun work on my next pony. Derpy stands about 17in tall, and is made of soft cozy flannel. She is stuffed with polyfill and has some plastic beads in her feet to aid with stability.

Making the larger pony was a good experience, though now that she is complete, I'm making some further adjustments to my pattern. Her wings came out pretty good, but I think I'm going to adjust the pattern there a bit on the next pony. I also need to narrow the head a little bit. When I increased the size of the pattern her head started to look a bit too large, and its quite wide.
I may "trim" the legs up a bit as well so they aren't so bulky (again, something that worked well on the small pattern but not so much on the larger pattern.

Anyway, she is done and I probably won't make another Derpy for a while. My next pony will be made of minky, so that should add another challenge to things.
