Nothing really nice, but better than nothing xD
First Part of Alias journey and her search for herbs, this time, in Blackwood.

Only slowly and with a heavy heart she crossed the invisible border. Even if it was only a small step and the landscape remained virtually unchanged, Alia felt every little difference. She had left her home, she had crossed the border to the Blackwoods. She looked up and glanced at the sun, even Grians warming rays felt different. The earth beneath her feet was rough and hard, the wind was cold and biting, the trees had grown tall and darkened the country with their dark leaves.
Already she missed the warm, sandy widths of Silverthorne. Alia craved with every step her familiar home, she missed her friends that she left without saying goodbye, even her mother, who had sent her on this trip, she sorely missed.

For this day she tried to find a hiding place between bushes and scrub and aromatic leaves to overlay her own smell. As she was well hidden by the plants, she lay down and for the first time really thinking about her plans for this trip. She should never stay in one place too long, she wanted to remain undetected if possible, but keep simultaneously one eye to search after Herbs.

Her sleep was only superficial, Alia wanted to be attentive during her rest, to listen to the environment. Only when night fell she looked up again and continued her journey. The big full moon gave its light. In a clearing Alia stopped and sniffed the cool air. The fresh spring air revived from the inside. The sky was clear and almost jet black. Only small bright shining star broke through the blackness of the night and then there was the moon. Alia closed her eyes and appealed to Luan to light and guard her on her way.Wordcount: 564 words
