This piece literally took me 2 1/2 years to finish.
Oops.
Finally some art of Aurora~
I started the traditional sketch for this waaaay back in 2015 and stared coloring it early 2016. I redid the sky about 5 times and the clouds about 3 times so needless to say, I'm done with this now haha! Despite redoing it so many times I am actually really happy with the sky and while the lighting isn't the best, I learned a bit from it.
This is actually 1 of 3 pieces that I started around the same time, but this one is by far the oldest, and they all have a similar 'sunset/rise' theme. If my tablet kept working they'd all be done but oh well |D More to come soon! (I hope. I just want all this unfinished art doooone!)

Wow, really nice atmosphere / feeling here 
Her strong pose is beautiful - how she's folding / holding her wings is amazing. And I like the way the wings are shadowing, same as the sun throwing her light right over the hilltop.
All these cotton-like clouds 
And at least I must observe again how beautiful Aurora is

I was actually kind of worried about some of the colors looking like they fit because I had drawn so many different parts at such different times (So long in between each) that I actually used different styles and skills for each xD So hearing that they all look good together is a relief!
