something totally new for me, new subject matter, new angle, new vibe... i quite enjoyed doing this one... i feel the background couldve been better and his clogs (yes CLOGS! haha) but youre only as good as time lets you be... just gonna keep practicing...jimminy looks kinda cool, i like how hes disney but detailed... itd be cool to see disney do soemthing like this animated... im sure they never will as itd take FOREVER

i love your version more than disney's. seriously. it's the detail. and the nonconventional pinocchio you show us, with all the grainy, lined wood and the funky face... it's AWESOME.
plus the jumpy pose just kicks ass.

Awesome. Love how you've done the Pinochio in different style than it's usually done. I actually like that you've done Jiminy in kind a different style, gives a bit of contrast between the characters. Best Pinochio I've seen, have to

thanx, yeah it took longer then the others but not because it was more difficult, just more detail required... still couldve spent more time on it but i didnt want to keep going or i may as well have finished inked and colored it... but i prolly will since everyone seems to like it and ask me to... ;D

they really want to see what it will look like with color, Actually it's the most detailed picture I've seen. I think it was a good thing you stopped though, it may not have been as good as it is now.

hehe thanx yeah im still developing the style but this is all my own, no temporary style borrowing from disney or anyone else on this... and when i get more time to id love to ink and color a final version of this... but for the time being ive gotta do more 3d (till monday) and then back to drawing to keep advancing the skills asap... ;D

the two blends okay together.. i mean i dun see much obstruction in da flow of da drawing between jimminy n da puppet even tho its disney and different composition at da same time! its kinda cool actually!

Now that's how Pinocchio is supposed to look! If you really wanted this to be animated, they could make the wood grain a texture and apply it to Pinocchio. With all the bells and whistles in 2D software, this is actually very possible, just really expensive.
