Well, I kind of got around to this last minute, and you can almost tell, but how could I not draw something for one of my most favorite Starfox games of all time?
I know, I know, the 25th for the whole series is on its way too, and I'm soooo nervous that it's just gonna sneak up on me and I'll have nothing for it.
I better not let it happen though. I won't give in on making sure I won't. So, let's hope for the best, I guess.

Anyway, before I begin anything too emotional, I do want to apologize for the quality of the work. Sure, it's nice, but... Not my standard best/usual (especially as you look at more fine details in the lineart like Krys' headpiece or how squished up Falco looks). Kind of had to get re-adjusted to pen on quick notice because my mech pencil ran out of stuff and I am flat out of refills too... It was a mess!

Within the lines, speaking of which, you might also see some indicatiors of where I had intended for some minor lighting effects to be (like in hair or shiny things)... Well, I didn't act on those and so I guess it just throws the entire thing off, but I do hope it isn't too-too bothersome.

And to top it off (and I'm really not trying to make excuses here, honestly)... My right arm has been hurting for days (and now my hand does too).

Not when it comes to my digital coloring and such. Heck, my knuckles are hurting too now because it took two or more hours just to get only flatcolors in. GRUELING, I TELL YOU! Don't be like me, okay? <|D;;

With that off my chest, I guess I may as well give more interesting sorts of chatter.

Starfox: Assault has always left me in wonder, even as I now know it like the back of my hand. It's pulled me through some hectic times pretty indirectly, and I can never thank its existence enough. Sure, I ignored some of the worst by default because I knew better than to let that crap get to me. However, to know I always had an entire other universe to return to just really... It made me feel complete, alive, it brightened my day, made me further become even more of the friend I always strive to be to this day, and most importantly, like all in the series have, it compelled me to never give up... though in a much clearer light than ever before --Through even the bleakest of what rough!

It's true, I've wound up in a life standtill I have no true clue how to get out of, but just because I suck at learning how to, and am too distant from a seemingly out-of-reach dream or few, doesn't mean I've truly given up myself. Just have to figure it out somehow... With every thread of my being, the support I have from friends like you (even from afar/of only the emotional kind, because let's face it, we just need people more than we need their actual help, most times, right?)... And whatever else needed to broaden this strenuous search. They say it's always temporary, these awful circumstances, and if I really am to get to the core of what works, I have to keep trying! Even if doubt lingers, what have I to truly lose to in order to become just what it takes to see a much sunnier outcome? I've come this far, haven't I?

Well, that's it for the sentiments, though there is more to it I struggle to explain. However, perhaps you get the idea by this point anyway, who knows?
