There's a well-founded rumor going around that Junketsu Shinzui will be featured in the video game since Satsuki's the main character.

I was at the Trigger Panel at Anime Expo. The upcoming video game is an alternate version of the anime where Satsuki is the main character and will have Junketsu's final form, which was translated as "Quintessence".
