because they're so damn cute! I mean, as far as ridiculously cute animals go, it's like red pandas and penguins up there, vying for the title. And red pandas could totally bite the hell out of penguins. ..assuming they aren't the giant penguins that could crush you. anyway! RED PANDAS ARE FREAKISHLY ADORABLE, so I drew one! hooray!I kinda suck at rendering fur, but I don't think it's all that bad for a quickie attempt. also, panda=ridiculously cute.
Ignore the shitty pseudo-bamboo background.
