My headcannon is that Shay Cormac, with his order destroyed by the Assassins and the American Revolution, went to the Davenport Homestead to confront Connor, the man responsible. Connor, however, was ultimately able to defeat the Templar after an long battle, ensuring the freedom in the thirteen states once and for all.Related content

I would have love to seen this fight. I like Rouge in that we saw things from the Templar POV and that there not 'all' 'bad'. (Monro was one of the easily the nicest Templar of all time, and truly wanted to help Mankind.)
Still, this is justice for what happen to Achilles and the original Colonial Brotherhood.
