The title is in base64. It translates out to "confrontation". I thought it would be clever because in the game where you play as the old man on the picture, some of the levels are stylized as hidden glitches and their titles are encoded in base64. I dunno. Thought it would be cool lol
And I can't really take credit for the buildings and perspective because I literally just opened up my game, went to New York City, and drew what I saw XD
