Never mind that (A) it looks a lot like the incarnation of Gohma from TWW, or (B) that you can't see the tail-portion of the thing that sort of "confirms" it as being a Moldorm (I say that lightly, since someone had to go and name those stupid worms in TP "Moldorms..." Lanmolas! I would have been fine with Lanmolas, but not Moldorms! NOT - MOLDORMS!)EDIT: Added claws!

Yeah, those worms in Gerudo Desert and Arbiter's Grounds should've called Lanmolas (since they come pooping out of the ground like the Lanmolas in LttP)
