This really is the toughest fight in the game. Frieza and cooler have ridiculous. Reaction time and their tail bqcklash almost always hits.

It kinda fits thematically. Goku's fight with friza was one of the best fights so maybe it tries to emulate that feeling for the player with a spike in difficulty?
