Description
A more artistic version of the first time we're reintroduced to yhe grand admiral. Only this time his eyes are right. For those unfamiliar, Thraw's species, the chiss, have the unique trait of their eyes glowing based on how much oxygen is present in the air. Unfortunately we haven't seen that.......yet.Related content

Good image, I thought his eyes were glowing a bit in the trailer but that might have been my imagination. Don't the Chiss's skin also change colour depending on oxygen levels to?

Okay their eyes change depending on the oxygen. The more there is the more they glow.

I cannot wait to see Thrawn in action!

"To defeat an enemy you must know them.."
Thanks for the Chiss eyes on Thrawn. I wasn't really a fan of the pupils on him. Really gives away the Chiss factor, you feel me right?

I'm the only one in my family who pays attention to anything outside the movies of Star Wars. My brother does too but not to my extent, but yeah it's kinda sad they didn't keep his eyes the same.
Another thing I noticed was the lizard statutes beside him. In the legends, those lizards were immune to the force so that Jedi couldn't harm him. So most of the time he kept a little pet with him at most times so it wouldn't happen. It's just a little thing I noticed.

My dad was the one who got me into Star Wars (he created a monster xD) but I don't think he read the books, he owned some of the older ones but he gave them to me and I expanded on it until Disney bought Lucas Film and everything changed (you don't want me to start on that, I will go off on a rant xD). My twin sister does too but not as much as I do.
I noticed it too, actually it was the first the gave away who he was to him even though he didn't have one of the lizard creatures around his neck.

I obviously was pissed about the purchase of Lucausfilm (Star Wars 1313) but they did say like the day after that they would reintroduce things from the old cannon into the new one. I mean we saw Darktroopers, and Kyle Katarn was a big part of that whole mess. I think we also saw the outrider, I played that game on the Nintendo 64 at my grandparents house.
And my whole family loves Star Wars, my dad went to go see the original movies back in the day. And when he saw the teaser for episode 7? Man his eyes lit up like I never saw them. I remember when I was little, me and my little brother would watch episode 1 and the orginal trilogy in the basement........unfortunately I was unaware of how horrible jar jar was.

Really? I didn't know that. In that case, I guess I can get over it...maybe.Ā
Episode 7 was good but I did have some issues with it though overall, I enjoyed it. My dad didn't like it, he had seen it after he heard some bad things about it and he didn't want to see it at all. To him, it felt like he was seeing the original trilogy again. Oh, you poor thing... You know now that he's horrible, right? xDĀ

There are some obvious similarities but way I see it, if your going to emulate something, may as well emulate the best right? And Star Wars is one of those things that's even if it's bad, it's good.
But just tell him it can't be any worse than the phantom menace.
And yeah jar jar was horrible. But I can't get for the life of me why people hated Anakin. I mean given what he went through? I'd be a little whiny too. Plus the actor did NOT deserve anything that happened to him. Poor guy.

That's right.
He's seen the phantom menace and didn't like it...I don't care for some scenes but the music was awesome, especially 'dual of the fates'.
Probably because he was whinny, at least that's what I heard when I watch reviews about it. I honestly think people should focus all that hatred on Jar Jar because he was just annoying and made everything even worse.

Yes. Yes he was. But Darth Maul, dual blade lightsaber, duel of fates theme, and lightsaber fights were all great.

Yeah, too bad they haven't shown the old venom who used to be all creepy ex girlfriend to Peter and made him a spade knight........long story. Very long, awesome, story.

Ok you remember flash Thompson? He's got the venom Symbiote now. He got it after they separated it from gargan (scorpion, another long story) and the government made him become Agent Venom. Basically venom with guns and spec op training.
Then he joined the guardians of the galaxy, now it's led by Kitty Pryde (who's engaged to Peter quill) and now Venom isn't a psychopath because they got the Symbiote 'fixed'.
Huh. Not that long now that it's right there.

I think you'll get along well with my twin, marvel to her is how Star Wars is to me in clear words: she loves marvel and will go off in a vent if she sees something different.... DC too.

I got nothing against DC. Comics are meant to be enjoyed by everyone, doesn't matter if you like superman or Daredevil or Spawn

I don't know much about DC but even I know that Superman never killed anyone in cold blood nor did John Kent ever say anything mean to a young Clark Kent.

Yeah they just showed the trailers at comicon. Marvel showed Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Daredevil season 3, and the Defenders for Netflix. They also showed ghost rider is coming to agents of shield, and a Doctor strange trailer. They also showed some Spider-Man homecoming footage.
