Here we go. I had a conversation with just yesterday about how I've always wanted to show the other side of the table for exr-xerox's Tea; and I thought it would be cool to have it be an impmon piece and a simultaneous exr-xerox fanart piece at the same time. XDAs far as pulling this off, Renamon is most likely going to be ignoring him, so I thought that was good. Either that, or they're probably doing their own things, Renamon pondering her existence to a bit of green tea, and Impmon.. well, he's just trying to wake up. Most likely, he's gonna be pouring creamer and sugar into his mug like no tomorrow, and he's going to be chewing rather grumpily on a once useful beverage stirrer. That's how I see it
I'm not gonna touch exr-xerox's work, just so I get that out there, but I'm merely.. um, going to extend it through my own piece that just so happens to match up with exr's 'Tea' perfectly( er, eventually lol).
Don't worry, Impmon is gonna be drawn in there soon, I just wanted to get the jist of the background down.
Full view too, so you can see what I wrote. Sorry if you can't read my handwriting, you can always ask meh ^~^
Time taken so far: about an hour and a half.
Oh, and the final piece, is not going to have Tea on the right... der.
It's there for reference, swatches, lighting, and it's just about all I need to make this sucker(my piece lol) match up to it. XD

Using Impmon in the situation you described would fit the environment with Renamon perfectly.
It's also agreeable to not touch Renamon that much but blend your art into the original.
I can't wait till more detail is revealed in this piece of combined art!

No, I'm not gonna touch exr's work at all! The piece I'm working on is on the background layer, Tea, on the other hand, is in a locked layer above the background.. the trick now, it making it fit
lol, me neither! I only had enough time yesterday to start this, but I'm gonna keep workin on it. I only hope I can make impmon look good, and his emotion and pose as well.
Ha, I hope she won't be mad at me, taking one of her masterpieces, and showing the flipside.. that is. XDD Na, she'll be happy. lol

Where I live, that's paradise. Especially in the winter, when the great lakes take a liking to pound the crap out of us, with cold from canada, that's boosted menacingly by lake erie XD

That's some nasty stuff, especially when it's on a steep hill, you're trying to drive up it, you stop unwantingly at the top because your tires can't get traction, and you have to slide all the way back down, avoiding traffic like a speed skater, including incoming school buses.
Funnest time I've ever had riding home from school in the winter though. My dad had to take another go around, and floor it all the way back up that hill. It's an insane feeling going about 70mph uphill on icy roads

It's good that your doing other thing like a web comic and that speed pain job, by the way great.
But I'm hopeful that you'll concentrate on the the tea and coffee screenshot, since it'll probably be one of your major pieces of art that your doing now.
