-Pyrite is a complex gem. As captain of Sunstone’s army, Pyrite must remain vigilant at all times. Her Loyalty to the Kingdom is outmatched by no one. With loyalty comes an intense sense of protectiveness, as she will fight tooth and nail to defend her king, his disciples, and every single subject in the kingdom.

-Despite her cold demeanor, Pyrite is a very protective and caring gem. Some even refer to her as the "Mother" of the kingdom.

-A scar stretches across the left side of Pyrite’s face and chin. Dark folds and burn marks signify a battle scar. The origins of this mark are known to only a select few gems, all of whom, out of either respect or fear, choose not to disclose this information. A relic from the Earth Rebellion in which she’d fought? Or an embarrassing loss to one of the many beasts that roam the surface of Hyperion? It might never be known.
