Description
for 's contest, it is an evolution of Parasect with the King's Rock. i'm more than likely to lose embarrassingly, but i really wanted to give it the old college try.

yes, it's no longer grass type. the 5x weakness to fire pissed me off. it learns a wider set of moves such as poison jab, power whip, cross poison, grass knot, ingrain and acid armor.

the mushroom has taken full control of the host body, even fusing to its carapace, and reshaped it to be more combat-effective: longer legs, a harder body and more easily wieldable (and sharper) claws. poison is secreted from the entire mushroom and coats its entire body, making it even more dangerous to the touch. tendrils extend from the base of the mushroom, which are used to anchor itself into the ground and can be used for melee combat as well. it is completely blind, but its pulsating red-and-green eyes confuse its foes as it strikes with poison-tipped claws.

replacing "grass" with "poison" is also taxonomically correct...even though you can't apply that much logic to poke-biology to start with.
