I mean that pool boards can be used for overplits stretching (as chairs). Katya will do her suspended splits between these boards and Emma can push on Katya's thighs and hips to make her going down in deep oversplits.Β

After that Emma can sit on Katya's hips and use the whole body-weight to push Katya's pelvis further down in extremely deep oversplits.
