Katya has finally stretched out her front oversplits maximally. But Emma had other ideas, she said "What about your overstraddles?"
Katya was wishing she did not ask her that, since straddle splits is not her forte. Emma propsed an extreme but interesting assisted stretch
She calls it "The Nutcracker", not from the ballet, but from how her legs would look like in an extreme straddle oversplits.
We just hope that nothing else cracks, God forbid Katya's precious and flexible hip.

Katya started in a straddle splits, gradually pulling back her leg and simultaneously twisting her torso 90 degrees to the left, so she can
grab the ladder firmly, then Emma proceeded, from the edge of the pool, to mount and perch on Katya like a bird nesting.
