Description This is the second title card to what the opening title of this show would look like, that is if the series was real. I wanted it to have a more darker feel and tone, more or less, just like the movie is doing.

If the show was real, it would start off were the movie ended, the two kaijus are dead, and all of San Francisco is destroyed by Godzilla, two soldiers, Matthew Jones and Ricky Richards, survive their very first encounter with the giant radioactive beast, as they watch San Francisco burn with great terror.

The Godzilla 2014 logo was originally cropped by . Thanks dude, it looks awesome.

I'll be making the characters soon, and, my own take on the 2014 design.

I actually have an idea underway about an animated series! I don't have much for a story yet but I do have some original Kaiju and MUTO's specifically for this.

Thanks. But, actually, my ideas are a little bit darker, for example, there's a character named Mary Katherine who died during Godzilla's first attack on San Francisco, crushed under ruble and died of bleeding. If the show was real, her status would already be "deceased", killed off screen without making a first appearance, she would only appear in flashbacks in later episodes. The rest, I'll tell when I upload the human characters.

Interesting. Are characters from the movie going to show up, such as Ford, Elle, and Joe?

Also, what monsters besides Muto are going to show up?

No, it's completely new characters, Matthew Jones, Ricky Richards, Mary Katherine (deceased), and other characters, who's names I haven't came up with yet, are from the military. Knowing Godzilla films, they never keep the same cast, they always keep changing characters, because the real main star IS Godzilla himself.

And the kaijus are my own creations, some of them are also the classic ones from the franchise, like Anguirus, Mechagodzilla, King Ghidorah, Megalon, Biollante, etc.

I see! That's cool with the Kaiju. I think Anguirus can look similar to his final wars design, but more spiky and a head similar to the '68 suit. For Mechagodzilla, I can see it being really bulky and working like a tank, considering the realism of '14. Megalon should look more bug-like with more limbs. Biollante could look the same, but with the cobra-like neck and a more swamp-like appearance.

This is awesome! Oh and, you used that Godzilla logo from Wikizilla, eh? Yes, because I literally was the one who cropped it out...

I think the American G would be like really good for an animated series, but I think that should be after Legendary's done making sequels.

Well, a sequel for G'98 was planned, and they did the animated series before the sequel came about, so I think it's possible to do this before sequels. However, we also need to remember that this movie is rebooting Godzilla, so it might not lead to a few films, but possibly a whole new era to the Toho franchise if this goes well, so animated series might not go too well given a new set of films, which might explain the lack of animated series in the franchise that go along with certain movies, but that's just an opinion, so it might actually do well if given the okay by Legendary/Warner Bros. I would be fine, and even excited with you making a series based off of the movies. You could even start a new franchise of your own, like how Bruce Timm and Paul Dini did it with Batman, originally basing it off of Tim Burton's films and starting their own series of shows off of it.

Yeah, I know [GOD]ZILLA 1998 had a sequel planned. I see your points there. Still, an animated series would be very good.

The problem with that show is that it's still wasn't Godzilla, it was still Zilla, making it more like "Zilla: the series".

And i cannot believe how blind and stupid people are to think that shitty mutant iguana offspring stands a ghost of a chance against the king of all monsters when the monster he fought were weaklings at best. Well, that and i find it hard to accept that they are both male when they are better off being female making Zilla jr. look like a homosexual considering she had feelings for Komodithrax.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Awesomeness360 In reply to LoganVictor23 [2014-12-18 15:47:25 +0000 UTC]

Um, Zilla is male, he just happens to be asexual, meaning they can reproduce by themselves, like a male seahorse. And yes, Godzilla IS male, Toho had already made it clear, and Godzilla is called KING of the Monsters, not "Queen of the Monsters". "King", not "Queen". King = ♂. Queen = ♀. If you have a hard time accepting that fact, then I recommend never to watch Godzilla movies ever again, because Godzilla has been called a "he" countless of times, even in Legendary's Godzilla they explicitly call him "him" or "he".

"making Zilla jr. look like a •••••••••• considering she had feelings for Komodithrax." That doesn't exist in the natural world, because how are both sexes supposed to reproduce then, huh? And Zilla Jr. is a male as well, but without the asexuality.

LoganVictor23 In reply to Awesomeness360 [2014-12-18 22:13:10 +0000 UTC]

I can accept that Godzilla is a male. But when Zilla showed up with the egg producing thing i was like 'what the hell is this?' I know that Godzilla is the KING of all monsters I've watched his movies it's just disappointing that i don't get to see Godzilla kill that bastard Zilla Jr. considering the fact to me he's not deserving of Godzilla's name or legacy and is not a worthy opponent to fight.

It just irks me and pisses me off that people accept that piece of shit and think he's worthy of having Godzilla's name when he's not. He's still weak.

Awesomeness360 In reply to LoganVictor23 [2014-12-18 22:58:09 +0000 UTC]

Oh. Well, if it makes you feel better, that was the reason why Toho renamed it "Zilla", because he's not worthy of the name Godzilla and "takes the 'god' out of 'Godzilla'". Hell, to prove that point, Godzilla kicked his ass in Final Wars, so they can show the world who the real Godzilla is.

Also, not everybody accepts Zilla and thinks he's worthy, those who do are a minority, a 1%, mostly Godzilla haters who never accepted the character the way he was long before Zilla ever existed, but that's why Legendary's Godzilla trilogy is here for, to help make up for what TriStar fucked up and force people to forget about it, we still got two more movies to go, so I can tell that in the next 20 years, people will have forgotten about Zilla '98 and now claim the LegendaryGoji as the one who's worthy of the name. Best part is, since the LegendaryGoji is the real Godzilla we've known for decades - because Legendary did something TriStar didn't, and that was actually USING the character - they'll be praising the original, and not a fraud.

Oh thank Godzilla for that. I just hope that when Zilla '98 is out of peoples head that shitty cartoon spin-off wil be erased from existence. Why that horrible, atrocious, and disgusting thing had to be made is totally beyond me. Maybe it was made to save face and not to impress the fans and general audiences.

You really wanna know something that'll piss you off even more? Before that shitty script for Zilla '98, TriStar had a better script that was a million times better and more faithful to the source material, it had a different director that looked like he's actually seen a Godzilla movie, and a Godzilla designed by Stan Winston that actually looked like Godzilla, and all of that was scrapped in favor of Emmerich's "because it was too expensive", even though Zilla '98 ended up costing more than the original script. "Too expensive" my ass, they just didn't care about Godzilla, if they did, they could've carried on the script.

Here's the script - www.scifiscripts.com/scripts/G…
Here's what it could've looked like - americankaiju.kaijuphile.com/a… (still not finished, but I know the guy who's working on it and hopes to publish it with Toho's licensing)

RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Okay i'm calm, i'm calm.

But you wanna know something what would make me happy? If someone ended up making a fanon sequel to the series with Zilla Jr. having a brother and sister who crawled out of Zilla's womb when he was still fully organic and one held a king sized grudge against humanity while the sister had a feeling that they were threatened by her mothers presence and overreacted.

The brother is also angered at his sibling Zilla Jr. for protecting humanity instead of killing them and knows that they both are not strong or powerful enough to fight him so they chose to wait and collect more energy.

In the year 2022, New York has not had a single monster show up ever since and the people were going on their daily lives until it is disturbed by a more fierce and aggressive looking Zilla who attacks the city without mercy and the military is useless against the monster who destroys all of their artillery and killing Major Hicks and Sergeant O'Neil in the process. The monster who is called Kingzilla due to her very aggressive nature is then confronted by Zilla Jr. who is shocked to see another one of his species but sees the destruction his brother had caused and fights him. Kingzilla is more powerful than his brother and just as fast and smart using tactics and strategy in the fight.

He successfully kills Zilla Jr. and burns his corpse with a ray that is white in color being called the Plutonium Ray ( i know that makes no sense whatsoever but bear with it).

Anyways after that fiasco, she kills all of the heat team and continues to ravage the big apple not willing to stop until all of it is ashes, rubble, and charred bones. Then another monster appears this one being a bipedal huge Iguana who sees what her sister had done and she realizes realize that Kingzilla will not stop his vendetta for her loss until all of america is in ashes. The other monster who is female and called Queenzilla tries to stop her rampaging brother and tries to reason with him but it proves useless as the two fight and Queenzilla succeeds in subduing her brother but hesitates to deliver the final blow giving Kingzilla the edge to wound Queenzilla and escape.

Kingzilla is sighted in Texas since he managed to destroy the states next to New York and took out the ones next to Texas. He continues to destroy everything and kill everyone until Queenzilla arrives this time ready to finish what she started. The two fight again causing a massive amount of damage in the process until Queenzilla finally kills Kingzilla with a beam of her own called the Gamma Ray that is purple in color.

Queenzilla is victorious but is saddened that she had to kill her own flesh and blood to have her as the last of her kind but she hears distant roars of other Zillas who are wanting have their own offspring and are more powerful than her mother but realizes that if left alone and unchecked they will replace humanity as the dominant species and throw the Earth out of balance. Queenzilla knows that other monsters wont stand a chance if they hear about this news and the military will be useless against them even if they fight for their survival.

So even when she is exhausted, Queenzilla goes to the sea ready to fight her own species, protecting humanity even if they will hate her willing to give up her own life as long as she wins in the end for a bright and shining future. She will be forever known as Queenzilla: Queen of the Lizards.

Now if someone asked how Zilla came into existence its obvious that people will point to him bring made from Nuclear tests in the French Polynesia. But since this is a fanon thing it's going to be way different.

It started back in 1996 when Russians were conducting Nuclear tests on Lizards to see what kind of effect it would have when it mixed with toxic oil from oil plants. Many species of Lizards only grew to human sizes but they wanted to make something bigger than that. So against their better judgment they went to the Galapagos Islands and picked up a Hybrid of a  Green and Marine Iguana.

They took him back to the lab where she is spliced with the gens and DNA of a frog and Komodo Dragon the radiation and oil caused his genes to go extremely out of whack and make his young look like him when they should have varied in shape and size.. In the dead of night he manages to escape when his intelligence was at its peak of a human. When he does his size does grow but his intelligence goes back to that of an animal causing him to think like one.

Yeah if someone made this would piss of the Zilla fans but seeing Zilla Jr. dead would make me enjoy it greatly and maybe some Godzilla fans who accepted him might be pissed but they'll get over it.

I still would not enjoy that. I still rather see the movie that TriStar never made, luckily there's the graphic novel to look forward to.

No.It's not the prequel novel from Legendary's movie, it's a graphic novel based on the original script TriStar SCRAPPED before they made that shitty Beast From 20,000 Fathoms parody movie in 1998. The original script was more faithful to the source material and it was going to be an actual Godzilla movie, and the guy I know (named Todd Tennant) is working on the graphic novel I just showed you. americankaiju.kaijuphile.com/a…

Man i wish there was some way to back in time and make sure this happens without the interference of Sony, man those guys are much more greedy than TriStar is of course that's not saying much.
