Kong is bigger and has taken on bigger rex's the v-rex to be specific. The i-rex is faster and a lot more vicious and she has wicked claws. My money is on kong, cause yay primates, but the i-rex definitely has a better chance of winning than a v-rex.

I have to say the Indominus might have this. The Kong's main advantage was grabbing, as we may see the I.rex has that too. And seeing that he's larger he might have this. Plus, he has armor that the V.rexes had, but not in high numbers. Even if kong tried to bite him there would be no way he could avoid the neck quills.
