I do prefer the 2019 design over the 2014 design overall (especially the spines and feet), but I do kind of wish you had chosen a better character model of the 2019 Godzilla for this comparison. The model you used has weird looking teeth like they're part of his skin or something. There are better models you could've chosen for this comparison because it makes the 2019 design look weaker in comparison to the 2014 design, especially in the head. The head on the 2014 Godzilla looks better here, but in the movie, KOTM, the head looks about the same but better. So I don't think this comparison is as good as it could be and it's due to the model of the 2019 Godzilla (or DougheGoji) you used. Sorry if I seem overly nitpicky but that's how I feel.

Edit:
Sorry for my stupid comment. I just looked at this same picture again, and the 2019 model you used doesn't look as bad as I said it did in my initial comment. I really wish I could delete this comment but all I can do is hide it, so I might as well just show what I originally said and apologize.

Both Godzilla renders used in this image are the actual models used in their respective movies, so there really is no better PNG I could have chosen for this.

Is it me, or does the 2019 Godzilla look 'younger' to everyone.

Yeah, I do think that 2019 Godzilla is pretty young compare to the other versions.

After looking at this, I would say with full confidence that this is a definite improvement over the 2014 design.

Though, the tail does seem a little small compared to the other look.

On the left Weta Digital CGI model of Godzilla 2014 and on the right ILM CGI model of Godzilla 2 2019

Wrong, both of these models are featured and filmed in one film industry, DNEG.

Same character, different designs.

Different cosmetics, the overall design is still consistently the same and still keeps the classic silhouette.
