Godzilla on my first ever IMAX expierience...HOLY FUCK AM I A HAPPY BOY!!! We finally made it, boys and girls, Legendary finally gave us what TriStar could not: a Hollywood Godzilla sequel, a movie that isn't ashamed to embrace the best of the franchise and is truly made by filmmakers who truly loves the source material and celebrates it with pride. Now that we FINALLY have a good American Godzilla franchise, NOW I can finally forgive TriStar.Related content

In the description you say that you can finally forgive TriStar but the image does not say the same.
They're teh same one but redesigned, although many do not like it.

I wanted to give it one last dead horse beating before moving on, no contradictions here. Also, they're not the same in neither design nor characterization. One looks and acts like the original Godzilla character, the other one is so completely different and contradictory that it might as well be its own separate character, guess which one fits the latter description.

They will not have the same essence, but in the end they are the same. The Fandom wanted to fix it and they gave it to us in 2014.Β I do not know why it is so scandalous yet.
Although to tell the truth, I do not mind the idea of seeing it as a separate titan (a close relative); it's cool in its own style.

Whatever, man, there's no reason to keep beating on this dead horse at this point. I mean we finally have an actual Hollywood Godzilla sequel thanks to Legendary, and everything the MonsterVerse has provided is enough new content to finally move forward to. Now that Hollywood has fully redeemed itself, now I can forgive TriStar's mistakes.
