Oh; yeah. You see, Sarah would normally be the leader - but Kas decides most of the decisions due to Sarah always keeping up with everyone else; Kas gets the main info on what they need to do and such.

Despite Kas's somewhat careless nature though, everything they do seems to be in sync.

Pretty much, the actions that Kas and Sarah do seem to conveniently make things a lot easier for each other.
An example would be like, let's say...
Sarah goes to town to sort out an issue two pokemon have been having recently; and with the information she gets, Kas looks into the situation while Sarah puts together clues: and by the end they've both gathered pieces that pretty much fit together so they can get something done.

Well, they do have some pet peeves against each other - but they deal with it.
For example, Sarah always has to put up with Kas's unbearable idiotic exclamations, while Kas is always listening to Sarah's droning about her life. XD
