Pokemon Law Enforcers Leaders - Team Dusk

You think this team seems a little shady to be Law Enforcers? So do I. XD These guys were originally meant to be Rogues - but then that spot was taken by , so good luck with your spot!

Kas
Species: Mightyena
Sex: Male
Age: 21
Bio: Kas as a Poochyena had a very scarring childhood. His parents were never home, and when they were; they were very abusive to him. Kas even wears a fedora to hide the scars of his past. Under that childhood scarring him, he secretly started becoming a criminal - stealing from other Pokemon, scamming cashiers - he was even the local bully. Everyone hated him - and he only scared people. That is, until the police came one day. They found him doing a crime, and told him off, but let him go; saying that if he promised to be good - there'd be no charges. Kas did start acting better after that; but one moment changed his life. Meeting a Snivy named Sarah. Kas was walking down a sidewalk casually when he saw Sarah getting beat up by a different bully: a Scyther. Kas looked at Sarah, and heard her cries for help. Kas jumped in to save her, and did. Sarah and Kas became best friends after that day; even with Kas's infamous reputation. Kas started acting nicer, even going out of his way to help people. He eventually became a neighborhood hero. Upon the day that people smiled when they saw him, he evolved into a Mightyena - Age 18. Despite his new power, he only used it to help others. Sarah convinced Kas to join the Law Enforcers he originally were caught by; and Kas joined along with Sarah as his partner. Through the ranks, Kas and Sarah became even closer; and now they run the guild.

Age: 19
Bio: Sarah was the nice little girl that everyone loved. Cute, liked flowers, but she was also a very stubborn girl. The way she acted only enhanced her cuteness level - except for a certain Scyther. The Scyther bullied her one day, when she was saved by a Poochyena named Kas. They became best friends, despite Sarah's stubbornness to his actions. After growing up together, Sarah convinced Kas to join the Law Enforcers - and did it with him. Now they run the place.

The Fedoras?
The fedoras are the sign of them being the team leaders in the Law Enforcers Guild. Yeah. They're cool.

Plus I really like fedoras.
